LP could not login cpanel IP filtered by firewall

Thanks to read this ticket.
Thanks very much to reply and solved my latest ticket (Ticket #2189085:Is my hosting ok? I could not login my cpanel.....you tell me that my IP address had been filtered in the server's Firewall rules.)
And now I can login my hosting cpanel,THANK YOU again for your great help!
But alas, one of my friend tell me she cound not open my site (www.aneave.com ) which I can open.
Has her IP address been filtered in the server's Firewall rules?Or What is the matter?

Last time I can not login to my cpanel through either https://good.lunarbreeze.com:2083
And my website www.aneave.com can not be opened.FTP,too.
I have dedicated IP,and this is my hosting info below,

We went ahead and investigates this issue, we have indeed found your IP address filtered in the server's Firewall rules, due to possible high number of connections.
You IP address was unblocked, as such you should now be able to reach all services on the server. We apologize for any inconvenience.
